LIVE ON THE RAILWAY LINE
Populated cities with millions of inhabitants, such as Metro Manila, an estimated 22 to 25 million people, Dhaka with about 21 million and several cities in India, become very difficult places to live.
Due to small wages outside these large cities, much of the population comes to these cities in search of a better standard of living.
What you will find is a huge "nightmare", and without the possibility of paying for a room to sleep, the alternative is to find a small place along the railroads and to build with remnants of "trash" their houses.
In certain "houses" with about 4 m2, sometimes live more than 12 people.
New "cities" are formed ....
I began to photograph this places few years ago in Manila, followed by India and finally Dhaka.
